Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Agencia Cohete website and hiring our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we request that you do not use our services.

1. Our Services

Agencia Cohete provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to: Google Ads management, SEO Positioning, Web Design and Development, Social Media Management, and Audiovisual Production Production. The exact scope of services will be defined in a commercial proposal or specific contract signed between the Agency and the Client.

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide in a timely manner all information, access (passwords, platforms), and materials necessary for the correct execution of the contracted services. Delays due to lack of material by the client may affect the stipulated delivery times.

3. Payments and Billing

Rates for our services will be established in the commercial proposal. Monthly services (Ads, SEO, Social Media) are billed in advance during the first 5 days of each month. For web design or audiovisual production projects, an advance payment of 50% is generally required to start, and the remaining 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and audiovisual material created specifically for the client that has been paid for in full will be the exclusive property of the client. Agencia Cohete reserves the right to display finished projects in its portfolio or social media as success cases, unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

While at Agencia Cohete we apply proven methodologies to increase sales and traffic, we cannot guarantee exact commercial results (such as a specific number of sales or an immovable #1 position on Google), as this depends on external market variables and third-party algorithms.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on this website. It is recommended to check this page periodically.
