Terms of Service

By accessing and utilizing the Agencia Cohete website or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

Agencia Cohete delivers growth engineering and digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to: Google Ads management, SEO & GEO positioning, Web Design & Software Engineering, Social Media Management, and Audiovisual Film Production. The exact scope is governed by the specific commercial proposal or master service agreement executed between the Agency and Client.

2. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide in a timely manner all necessary information, credentials, brand assets, and platform accesses required for service execution. Delays caused by missing Client materials may adjust agreed delivery timelines.

3. Payments & Billing

Service fees are stipulated in each commercial agreement. Retainer-based services (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) are billed monthly in advance. Custom web design or video production projects generally require a 50% deposit upon kickoff and 50% upon final delivery unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom code, website designs, and video master files created specifically for the Client and fully paid for shall become the sole property of the Client. Agencia Cohete retains the right to display completed projects as portfolio case studies unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Agencia Cohete applies proven performance engineering methodologies to maximize client ROI, we cannot guarantee fixed commercial outputs due to external market variables, competitor bidding shifts, and third-party algorithm updates.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
